How to Return:

• Keep it undamaged, unworn, and with all hangtags intact.
• Make sure it’s in the original packaging.
• Have your proof of purchase ready.

Start a Return:
Email us at gearcrew@therecreations.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please don’t send items back without approval.

Exchanges & Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds go straight to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If something arrives broken, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately at gearcrew@therecreations.com, and we’ll make it right.

Exceptions:

• Final sale items, discounted products, or items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care will not qualify for return.
