Our lightest, most packable cap ever. The Flo is an ultralight running hat designed for maximum performance and airflow.1 The main top panel and brim are made from 100% recycled nylon, offering UPF 50+ sun protection in an unstructured, packable design.

To ensure maximum ventilation, the side panels and internal sweatband are made from high-performance, bird's-eye polyester, a quick-drying fabric that wicks moisture.

In the spirit of transparency, this bird's-eye fabric is not recycled. We chose it for its superior breathability and moisture-wicking properties as we continue to source fully sustainable solutions for every component of our gear. It's the perfect hat for trail runs, long hikes, and traveling light.
